Hi everybody

I've established the no screen saver after a certain amount of idle time policy in Intune for one of the PCs from the client side. However, despite the fact that the policy was correctly applied on client devices, it is still not functioning. I have the following rules in place to prevent screen savers during inactivity.
I have implemented the following policies to avoid screen savers after inactivity.

  1. Do not display the lock screen Enabled
  2. Password-protected screen saver Disable
    Device Lock
  3. Device password enabled Enabled
Max inactivity time Device lock 0 (0meansndonot appearr the screen saver)
    Power
  4. Unattended sleep timeout on Battery 0
  5. Unattended sleep timeout on plugged-in 0

@Shah Muhammad, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know you want to disable lock out screen and set the related policies. But it is not working.

To troubleshoot the issue, please check the following information:

    1. Are these Intune policies deployed to the devices successfully in Intune portal?
    2. Is there any GPO with similar setting applied to these devices?

If the policies show successful and there's no related GPOs applied, I suggest open case to do detailed log analysis to see if more information can be found:

    Thanks for your understanding.
