Two years later it still doesn't work, what a shame.

It seems that, for some reason, I have 2 "default" directories

and for unknow reasons I had, by default, the directory that was not created by my personal account azure subscription.

The best I could do was to try to select the correct directory on the little time I had before the portal start to loop. After selecting the right one, the portal stops looping.
