Amazon wont load only hangs-My system is Windows 11 home and are using Microsoft Edge on my desktop.

I have tried and cleared cookies and cache

It will load fine on my mobile device

Once in a while it will load properly but rarely

Restarted router

Windows 11 home updates are current

Wont load off tag or typed address

What do I need to do to get this fixed it was fine up till a week ago?

Thanks in advance-I'm disabled and I do most/all of my shopping thru amazon.

Best Regards

Randy

Click on the start menu and type cmd, right click and run as administrator

Copy, paste and enter each one, one at a time.

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

Restart your system and see if the problem persists; also try using a different browser.

I did all the above with no solution and it turned out to be Aura. I deleted that and all was well. This was true for all my browsers (Chrome, Firefox, DuckDuck Go, and Edge).

    Hi Randy,

I too am having exactly the same problem. Tried everything the same as you did and with no luck... did you find a solution?

My iPad and iPhone work fine but not on Windows 11 on my PC and it just stopped working having had no issues for years. I am stumped.

    Thanks

    John

Jonathan thanks for your prompt reply.

I did try your suggestion and I'm still unable to get past the concern.

However, I can't access Amazon thru other browsers either.

Thanks for your efforts-perhaps this is an Amazon problem.

    Thanks Randy
