how to fix a trusted sender marked as unverified

I have a couple of trusted senders who are being marked as unverified by Outlook. How do I fix that? Thanks.

I am not the Expert, but in my opinion, this should be a SIMPLE fix. I should be able to click that Unverified and say YES , I am verifying it. SIMPLE. Have spent hours go through all the tab, readings and clicking until I am frustrated. Please, simple FIX. I click "Verified".

I had to print out your instructions. Now, I clicked File, does not say Options. There is NO Trust Center, clicking Junk Email, does not show Safe Senders. SO, I cannot add the email that you keep saying is UNVERIFIED. Seem like someone reading this, could think like me. Just make the UNVERIFIED display, clickable and let me SAY VERIFIED. By the way, what is that little button in right corner View Markdown?

Add to Safe Senders List: You can add the sender's email address to your Safe Senders list. To do this: I Open Outlook, obviously and click File, NO Options button, so never get the TRUST CENTER Settings, clicking on Junk Email NEVER takes me to a SAFE SENDERS. Never have I ever found Safe Senders, no matter how many hours in the day I have tried. I would LOVE to add this ONE email address to and click OK.

Open Outlook and go to File > Options.

Select Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.

Click on Junk Email and then on Safe Senders.

Add the email address of the trusted sender and click OK.

Hello,

Once you've added them to your safe senders list make sure to add them to your contact list as well.

Nobody seems to grasp, that the steps to fix do not exist in the New Outlook. I want to take the MS nerds that are playing video games...and just take the Unverified and let me CLICK it and say Verified. Simple, fraction of a second. Instead of wasting MONTHS going through this called Learn.Microsoft.com.
