This Error pops up when submitting regulatory documents for approval again.

    Hi all,

    We ran into this same issue and wanted to share what resolved it for us.

    The problem turned out to be related to recently updated Toll-Free Verification requirements. There are four additional fields that are now mandatory but are not marked as required anywhere in the portal interface:

    • BusinessRegistrationNumber
    • BusinessEntityType
    • BusinessRegistrationType
    • BusinessRegistrationCountry

    Once we filled in all four of these fields, the submission went through successfully. Hope this helps!

Clearing your browser cache and cookies, or trying a different browser or device, can also help rule out any local browser-related issues.

    If the problem persists, please check the Azure Service Health and Azure Status pages to see if there is any ongoing outage or degradation affecting Azure Communication Services.
