Surface Go 5 Internal SSD Not Detected

I am writing to formally report a serious hardware issue with my Microsoft Surface Go 5 device.

The internal SSD is not being detected by the system. When attempting to reinstall Windows, the setup shows the error stating that installation to disks connected through USB or IEEE 1394 is not supported, and the internal drive does not appear at all. I have also checked the UEFI settings, and the SSD is not visible there either.

This confirms that the internal storage is not being recognized, making the device unusable. The Surface Go 5 has not been physically damaged or modified in any way.

I request urgent assistance with repair or replacement under warranty, as this appears to be a hardware failure.

Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
