Hi,

I'm unable to delete a recurring meeting series. When I try to edit the occurrence/series it fails to open the page (As if it's stuck in loading). I also won't let me close this screen when it's trying to load (I click back to the calendar thumbnail on the left-hand side again.

I am using a personal account (yahoo) and am signed up to M365.

I am the organiser of the meeting.

When i try to 'join now' I get the error 'we could not find a meeting matching this ID and passcode'.

I have tried deleting the occurrence through the browser version, but had the same issues.

I've deleted the cache in the library as I saw was suggested elsewhere, but that hasn't helped.

I have accessibility issues, so ideally need to speak with someone. I've taken screenshots - how do we resolve this, please?

    Hi!

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Your screenshots make this very clear. You’re hitting a known failure state in the new Microsoft Teams / Outlook web calendar system.

Let's try few workarounds that might fix the issue that you have.

    First, go to: https://outlook.live.com/calendar

    Then:

Switch to List view / Agenda view

    Find the meeting

    Try:

    • Right-click → Delete
    • Or open → Delete series

Next, use Outlook mobile app (iOS/Android)

    Then:

    • Find event → delete series

Try these two methods and let me know what is the result.
