Managing browser extensions in Microsoft Edge on Windows 11

When I put my PC to sleep, my Microsoft Edge extensions disappeared and stopped showing up, and I was automatically logged out of websites I was logged into. After that, a message appeared saying that Tab Session Manager was corrupted. When I tried to repair it, all the tabs I had saved in the past disappeared. How can I fix this? The tabs containing data I used at work have also disappeared, so I’m really in a bind.
Managing browser extensions in Microsoft Edge on Windows 11
Hi Thomas jack,
From your description, this looks more like extension/profile data becoming unavailable after Edge flagged the extension as corrupted, rather than a normal tab restore issue.
Please try these additional checks:
1, Make sure Edge is using the correct profile
2, Check Tab Session Manager’s own recovery options
If the saved sessions were only local:

Microsoft Edge can automatically disable or remove extensions that it detects as corrupted or that change important browser settings without permission. When this happens and an extension is repaired or reinstalled, its local data (such as saved sessions) may already be lost or reset, and Edge does not provide a way to recover that data once it has been removed.
For this scenario there is no supported method in Edge to restore the lost Tab Session Manager sessions after the extension was reported as corrupted and repaired.
To reduce the chance of data loss in the future:
If the problem continues (extensions repeatedly corrupting or disappearing), collect details and contact Microsoft Support or the extension developer for further investigation.
