Here are additional steps to help fix screen sharing issues:
1/ Test on another device
Try joining the same meeting from a different device. If screen sharing works there, it likely indicates an issue with your current device.
2/ Ask your IT admin to verify settings
a. Confirm presenter permissions
Meeting organizers or admins can control who is allowed to present. If you’re joining as an attendee, the Share option may not appear unless the organizer updates the meeting settings or assigns you as a presenter.
b. Check organization screen sharing policy
Screen sharing can be restricted at the organizational level. Admins manage this through Teams policies (e.g., Entire screen, Single application, or Disabled). If it’s set to Not enabled, screen sharing will be blocked for affected users.

If the issue persists:
I recommend contacting your IT admin to open a support ticket through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, so Microsoft Support can perform a deeper investigation.
In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
