No email or pop-up for student email verification for ultimate college bundle.

I purchased my Dell 15 laptop in a Best Buy store three days ago that is eligible for the ultimate college bundle promotion. I set up the laptop and connected it to the internet but haven't received any verification notification over the past three days. When does the email or pop-up notification usually come after the new laptop is set up and connected to the internet? Is there any other way I can verify my email with Microsoft to redeem the ultimate college bundle promotion?

    Based on the available offer information, there does not appear to be a fixed published timeframe for the initial verification notification. The promotion materials state that the notification appearance time varies, and eligible students are normally notified in two ways after purchasing and setting up an eligible device: 

    • an on-screen prompt after Windows setup, and 
    • an email sent to the Microsoft account registered with the device.

    After the verification is successfully completed, the redemption email is generally sent within about 3 days so the full bundle can be claimed. 

    Since you have already completed setup and have not received either the pop-up or email after 3 days, I would recommend the following checks first: 

    1. Please confirm that the Dell device you purchased is one of the eligible promotional models/SKUs included in the Best Buy offer. 
    2. Please check the Microsoft account email used on the new PC, including the Junk or Spam folder, because the offer email is sent to the Microsoft account registered with the device. 
    3. Please also make sure the offer requirements are met, including a valid .edu email address, U.S. eligibility, and new subscriber status where required. 
    4. Please ensure your payment method is valid to redeem your subscription. After the one-year promotional period, the standard monthly subscription fee will be charged automatically.

    Currently, there is no separate, publicly documented manual verification page for the Ultimate College Bundle or Best Buy flow outside of the standard pop-up and email routes. 

    • The most suitable support channel for your inquiry is WindowsStudentOffer@microsoft.com, as this is the primary contact provided in the promotional materials. 
    • It is also advisable to contact Best Buy support with your proof of purchase if the device was marketed as promotion-eligible, given that the transaction was through their specific offer listing.
