    Dear @William Chantelois,

Thank you for providing the detailed error information and network trace.

Based on the error you shared, the issue might be due to Teams is attempting to create or reference a contact/relationship using the Microsoft People Graph service. This request might be failing with the message: “Profile for Relationship creation was not found.”

Therefore, the service is unable to locate a valid profile for either the requesting user or the target user when attempting to create the relationship required for the notification.

To better narrow down the root cause of this issue, could you please help confirm a few points below:

1/ Does the issue happen for all users, or only for a specific person?

2/ Is the target user you are trying to notify an internal user within your organization, or an external/guest account?

3/ Are you able to search for and view this user’s profile card in Teams, and can you start a chat with them normally?

4/ Could you try adding this user manually in the Teams “People” app (Contacts)? For reference: Manage your contacts with the People App in Teams

5/ Whether the issue occurs in both Teams desktop and the web client, or only in one of them?

6/ Where are you clicking “Notify availability” in Microsoft Teams? For example, are you using it from:

In the meantime, as an initial step, if you are using Teams (Desktop), I recommend you try clearing Teams client cache. For more information and instruction, please refer to Clear the Teams client cache

Note: Please understand that as a forum moderator, my role is to provide general guidance and troubleshooting support. I don’t have access to internal systems or backend tools, and I appreciate your understanding of these limits.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward for your reply.
