    It's possible that your computer has a copy of Windows that is not licensed for individual users.

    1- Press the Windows Key and type cmd.

    2- Right-click on 'Command Prompt' and select 'Run as administrator'.

    3- Type slmgr /dli and press Enter.

    A Windows Script Host pop-up box will appear after a few seconds. Post a screenshot of the pop-up box.

    Look for the Description or Product Key Channel.
