I get the above error when trying to deploy any model endpoint in Msft Foundry. I want to deploy in sweden. Quota is available. I tried to create a service request but the Azure Portal has lead me here.
Pls unblock this for subscriptions connected to my tenant, thanks!

Hi @C N

Thank you for your patience.

The backend team has completed their analysis and applied the necessary adjustments. The tenant has now been added to the Azure AI Foundry safe list, and we have confirmation that there are no further blocks from the security team.

Could you please try the operation again and let us know if the issue has been resolved or if you continue to experience any problems? We will be happy to assist further if needed.

hi C N & thanks for join me here at Q&A portal,

this is not quota or Sweden region capacity if every model deployment fails with 715-123420. That code is showing up in multiple current Foundry cases as a backend risk/fraud/security validation block, not a normal deployment error. Microsoft Q&A has a similar case where the response says this requires internal review https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5904276/unable-to-deploy-models-in-azure-ai-foundry-error Do not keep retrying or deleting щк recreating resources. It usually does not clear this kind of block.

Open Azure Support ticket under Azure AI Foundry Models or Azure OpenAI and request a 715-123420 deployment unblock / backend review. Include subscription ID, tenant ID, region Sweden Central, model names tested, timestamps, correlation IDs and screenshots. If the portal blocks support ticket creation, post the same details in Microsoft Q&A without secrets and ask a moderator to route it privately. But nobody in public Q&A can unblock it directly, sorry

    rgds,

    Alex
