Hi Abdullah,

If you have already submitted a warranty repair request, the next steps are usually communicated through the email address associated with your Microsoft account or through the repair order details page.

I would recommend checking the following:

  1. Review your email inbox, including the spam/junk folder, for any messages related to the repair request.
  2. Sign in to your Microsoft account and check the status of the repair order.
  3. Verify whether the repair request shows a shipping label, shipping instructions, or a scheduled collection.
  4. If no shipping instructions are available and the repair status has not changed, contact Microsoft Support and provide your repair order number for further assistance.

Since you mentioned that the device has multiple colored spots on the screen, it would also be helpful to confirm whether the repair request has already been approved and whether a repair order number has been generated.

Could you share the current repair status shown in your account (with any personal information removed)?

Thank you.

I don't see any photo attached to your message — could you try uploading it again?

Go to account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the Surface

Find your service request and check if a shipping label has been emailed separately.

Go to support.microsoft.com → Surface → your device → "Chat with a support agent." Reference your existing case number.
