How can I cancel the purchase of Windows 10/11 Pro made by mistake? I had a Home version earlier.

I recently purchased Windows 10/11 Pro by mistake. I thought the only way to ensure my laptop security is to upgrade to Pro version. However, I discovered it was not the option.

I do not need the Pro version. The invoice has already been issues and I can not cancel the payment anymore. I did not find any option to speak or chat with the Customer Support online, only the AI support is available.

So how can I cancel purchase of Windows 10/11 Pro if I do not need it?
