    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accounts.

    Select Access Work or School, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

    If there is no work or school account listed there, is your user account a full administrator on the PC, is that your own personal PC and also, is your account part of a Microsoft Family account that is administered by an adult.
