Server is stuck in "Updating" state since 3pm (Paris time ? UTC ?).

Impact: Production Keycloak authentication service is completely down, all users are unable to authenticate. The update was not initiated manually by our team — no entries in Activity Log.

We suspect an automatic platform maintenance triggered this state. Actions needed: 1. Unblock the server from "Updating" state immediately 2. OR allow us to perform a point-in-time restore to a new server from a backup prior to the update Server details: - PostgreSQL version: 16.13 - Tier: Burstable B2ms - Availability Zone: 1

Hi @Laura Carly

PG team has confirmed that the backend operation causing the server to remain in the**“Updating” state** has now been successfully completed, and the server has transitioned back to a healthy state.

The server should now be in a Ready state. Kindly verify from your end and confirm if everything is working as expected.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
