Hi @Jason Collins,
Thank you for reaching out.
Before contacting support, let's verify a few things because Visual Studio subscriptions are commonly associated with a different Microsoft account than the one currently signed in.
Please check the following:
➜ Sign in to the Visual Studio Subscription Portal and verify whether the subscription appears under the same Microsoft account you are currently using.
➜ Check whether the purchase confirmation email was sent to the same email address that is signed into Visual Studio.
➜ If this was purchased through a company account or reseller, confirm that the subscription has been assigned to your user account.
➜ Verify whether you can see the subscription under your Microsoft account's services or subscriptions page.
Could you let us know:
➜ Where was the license purchased (Microsoft Store, Visual Studio Marketplace, reseller, or another source)?
➜ What exactly happens when you say it "isn't working"? Do you receive an activation error, sign-in error, or does the subscription simply not appear?
➜ How long ago was the purchase completed?
These details will help determine whether this is an account-assignment issue, a licensing synchronization delay, or an activation problem.
If the subscription was purchased successfully but does not appear under the correct account, Microsoft Subscription Support may need to verify the purchase and assignment details.
