Displaying your screen content to others during a Teams meeting or call for collaboration
Hi @Charlotte,
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concern.
Based on your description, the issue could occur if the meeting policy assigned to your user account doesn’t allow you to request or give control. To resolve the issue, please reach out to your organization's IT admin and share these steps with them:
- Sign in to the Teams admin center.
- Go to Users > Manage users.
- Search for and select your account.
- Open the Meetings & calls tab.
- Select the Policies tab, select the meeting policy assigned to your account.
- Navigate to the Content sharing section.
- Select On for Participants can give or request control
- Select Save.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow the steps above and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can continue working together to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out so I can continue to support you. If you found the response useful, please consider marking it as accepted, as this may help other community members who are looking for similar guidance.
