Additional team and channel-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business

I understand that you are unable to log in to Teams, both via the desktop application and the web. To better understand the situation, could you please help confirm the following:
- Have there been any recent Windows updates? Please check your Windows Update history.
- Are there any third-party applications running in the background, such as VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, please try temporarily turning them off, restart your computer, and attempt to sign in to Teams again, as these applications may conflict with Teams.
- Could you try switching to a different network (for example, another Wi-Fi connection or a mobile hotspot) to see if the login issue persists?
- It may also be helpful to switch to an alternative network to determine whether the issue is related to a network conflict.
- Please navigate to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options.
Under the Advanced tab, scroll to the bottom and ensure that TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 are enabled.
- For the web version, please try accessing Teams using an InPrivate window (Edge) or an Incognito window (Chrome).
- Please also try signing in to Teams on your mobile device, and check with your colleagues to confirm whether they are experiencing the same issue.
