Unable to Verify Student Eligibility for Azure for Students Despite Official University Email and GitHub Student Verification

Dear Microsoft Azure Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Malik Muhammad Ahmad, and I am currently enrolled in the BS Information Technology program at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering and Technology (MNS UET), Pakistan.

I am attempting to register for Azure for Students in order to fulfill the requirements for the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador (MLSA) Program. I am using my official university email address:

******@stu.mnsuet.edu.pk

However, during the verification process, I receive the following error message:

"Unable to confirm your University ID."

I would like to request assistance in verifying my student eligibility. My university email address is officially issued by my institution, but it appears that the Azure verification system is unable to validate it automatically.

Additionally, I have already been successfully verified for the GitHub Student Developer Pack using my academic credentials, which confirms my status as an active university student.

If automatic verification is not available for my institution, I would appreciate guidance regarding any alternative verification process. I am prepared to provide supporting academic documents, including:

• Student ID Card etc
