Can't find hands-free telephony setting so I can turn it off for my SteelSeries headset.

I have watched several videos and read several guides, and they all give me the same ineffective solution, showing a "services tab" that just doesn't show up for me. For reference I am using windows 10, and a lot of these guides and videos are using windows 11, so maybe it is exclusive to windows 11? I also noticed they are troubleshooting completely different devices, so maybe you can't turn this "feature" off for SteelSeries headsets? Cause I know what I have to do, but I don't know how to do it and would love some assistance with my problem as soon as possible.

    Hi,

Based on your update, it appears your SteelSeries headset is connected using a wired connection rather than Bluetooth. In that case, the Hands-Free Telephony setting and the Services tab shown in many guides may not be available because those options are typically associated with Bluetooth devices that support the Hands-Free Profile (HFP).

Since disabling Hands-Free Telephony is not applicable to a wired headset, the next step is to focus on the specific issue you're experiencing (for example: poor audio quality, microphone not detected, microphone quality issues, or audio playback problems).

Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
