my special calendars under outlook.com all disappeared since June 16, 2026

Under my calendar in outlook.com, I have created a few other calendars and have been using them for more than 10 years. On June 16, they all disappeared, the only calendars remaining in my calendars are calendars, Birthdays, and Canada Holidays. They disappeared in my mobile outlook app, my phone calendar app, and another account I share the calendar with as well. There was nothing left for every month and every year too.

I doubt I can help you recover the missing calendars, but I would like to clarify one point.

When using Outlook Web https://outlook.live.com/ to access your account - Did the Calendars stop appearing in your list of Calendars? Or are they listed but don't contain any events?

No, the list of calendars disappeared.

The only thing remaining is, calendar, birthday, Canada Holiday.

I have a few other calendars under My Calendar, such as, Personal, Family, and others, they are all gone.

Thanks for the clarification, but I'm afraid I can't help. I will assume that you didn't delete them yourself, so the only other possibility is that your outlook.com tenant in the Microsoft Cloud lost them. The only people who can get them back (if it's even possible) is Microsoft Support.

From the main menu: Help -> ? Help

{This should open the Help side panel}

Search Help -> {Your problem} and press Enter

Still need help? [Yes]

If you get "We're here to help": Tell us your problem -> {Your problem, again} [Get Help]

No. I tried many times, unshared and shared, log out and log in again, and it still doesn't work.

What matters is, I have a few special calendars I have created and been saving events in those special calendars for many years, they all disappeared and lost.

I am in big trouble as all my appointments are stored in those special calendars.

Hello

Any chance these are shared calendar items?

There was a server-side issue a few days ago. Now that the issue seemed to recover but many users reported that they had to log into the calendar owner, stop the sharing, and re-share in order for them to show up.
