I run Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 15 3530 Laptop. When I log into the Dell Support site and click on an internal page link, I get an "Access Denied"

message. What's wrong, and how do I fix it?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Please try clearing the cookies via the Settings menu for your browser. You can either choose to find Dell specific cookies or just delete all cookies.

Please note that this may require you to log back into websites so make sure you know your login credentials before doing this.

    Hi Roger Blair,

Can you visit the same link with another browser?

The message "Access Denied" is usually related to server-side but not Windows or Edge issue. May be Dell has removed the content.

If you have further information, please feel free to let me know.
