I did an automatic update on my computer and now I can't get my printable bank statements from Huntington Bank. I have done this for years and now since the update when I am logged into the Huntington Bank website and click on the Statements tab, nothing shows up.
Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 11
Hello Kathy Koops,
Let's first figure out whether this is an Edge thing or something on the bank's side.
Please do a quick test: open an InPrivate window (Ctrl+Shift+N) or a different browser like Chrome, sign in to Huntington, and click the Statements tab. If the statements show up there, the issue is specific to your normal Edge profile rather than the bank.
If that's the case, a couple of things usually clear it:
Note that the Statements tab itself is generated by Huntington's website, so if nothing shows up in any browser or on another device, it's most likely on the bank's side — at that point Huntington's support would be the ones to sort it out.

Try the following steps in order on Windows 11 with Microsoft Edge after the update:
Ctrl+F5 to force a full refresh.Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.Ctrl+Shift+N in Edge to open an InPrivate window.Settings → Windows Update and install any pending updates.Settings → About Microsoft Edge to let it check for and install the latest Edge version. If statements still do not appear in any browser, contact Huntington Bank support, as the issue may be on their side or tied to the specific account.
