Hi Microsoft Support Team,

Deal ID: 2724689 Publisher: Joyn CH (Goldbach) Network: 3218 Microsoft SSP Seat: 3218 DSP: Active Agent

We are giving bid requests for the deal, but no impressions are being won, even after increasing the CPM significantly (up to €70 for testing purposes).

The publisher has already been asked to verify the deal configuration on their side. During our investigation, we noticed the following message associated with the bidder: From: [******@goldbach.com]

"100% deal is n/a for auction"

Could you please help us understand what this message indicates and whether it points to a bidder- or deal-configuration issue on the Microsoft side?

Any additional details from your logs regarding why the bids are not participating in or winning the auction would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards, Evelyn Götz
