Hello Microsoft Team,

I participated in AI Skills Fest 2026 and completed the playlist "IT Pro – Save time with Azure Copilot" with 100% completion in AI Skills Navigator.

I received the AI Skills Fest participation and completion emails; however, I have not received the certification voucher email.

Additionally, my Microsoft Learn profile transcript is empty and does not show any completed activities related to AI Skills Fest.

I am using the same Microsoft account for both AI Skills Navigator and Microsoft Learn.

Could you please verify whether my AI Skills Fest completion is correctly linked to my Microsoft Learn account and advise on the voucher distribution timeline?

For reference, I have attached screenshots showing:

The playlist completed at 100% in AI Skills Navigator

The AI Skills Fest page stating that playlist completion unlocks voucher eligibility

My Microsoft Learn transcript page, which is currently empty

Playlists completed for the AI Skills Fest event are not shown on your Microsoft Learn profile

Did you submit the voucher claim form before June 12th, did you completed an unedited pre-defined playlist from the event, and did you enter the same email address that you used to register for the event? If so, see https://aka.ms/AISF_Sweepstakes

You will receive your free voucher via email from Pearson between the dates of June 19 and July 10, 2026.

If you didn't claim your voucher, there is no method to claim after the event is over.

Thank you for the clarification.

I completed the predefined playlist and received the badge email. I also remember submitting the voucher claim form, but I do not recall the exact date.

Is there any way to verify whether a voucher claim was successfully recorded for my account and whether I am eligible for the voucher distribution?

I will piggyback this post, because I am in the same situation. I've completed the playlist, claimed the voucher and am yet to receive my badge and voucher. Other colleagues, who participated after me (because I alerted them of the event) received their badges and vouchers prior to June 19, and I am yet waiting.

AI Skills Fest 2026 vouchers and playlist verification cannot be handled directly here and there is no post‑event mechanism to claim a voucher if the in-event claim flow was missed.

For AI Skills Fest 2026, the voucher claim process required going to the specific event page in AI Skills Navigator, seeing the “Playlist complete” banner, selecting “Check what’s unlocked,” and submitting the voucher claim form. As confirmed in a similar case, once the event ended, the form closed and there is no way to submit it or claim the voucher after the event period.

Regarding the empty transcript and missing activities:

Verify that the correct Microsoft Learn profile is being used:
- Sign in to the Learn profile and open the Transcript page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/transcript
- If nothing appears, also check the Credentials and Achievements areas from the Learn profile home: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/
- If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (personal, work/school, etc.), sign out and try signing in with any other account that might have been used during registration or while taking training.
If exams or credentials are missing from the Learn profile after confirming the correct account:
- Review the guidance in the Missing Exams or Certifications article and follow the troubleshooting steps there.
- If the expected credentials are still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the support link in that article so the support team can review the account and completion history in detail.

AI Skills Navigator reads certifications from the Microsoft Learn profile. If certifications or other credentials are missing in AI Skills Navigator, first resolve any missing-credential issues in the Learn profile, then re-check AI Skills Navigator.
