    Hi,

    Microsoft is known to donate products, usually software, occasionally hardware, to non-profit organizations. they are not known to, very often, donate financially to someone who's in a competition like the one you're in.

    No one here can help you with his except to advise you to contact the Microsoft office nearest to you by phone. See if you can find out which department you should contact.
