Scheduling and managing events using Outlook.com calendar
I understand that the same attendees are receiving repeated calendar invitations each day after you created one invite for 65 people. - Open the calendar from Outlook on the web at https://outlook.live.com/calendar/ and check whether the meeting is a recurring event. If it is, open the full series and confirm that there are no duplicate series with the same title.
- If the invite was created or edited from a phone calendar app, a third-party calendar app, or another connected service, avoid editing it there for now. Make any updates only from Outlook.com on the web, then check whether the duplicate invitations stop.
- If the same invite is still being sent every day, the safest option is usually to cancel the original meeting series from Outlook.com on the web, notify attendees to delete the old copies, and then create a new invite directly from Outlook.com. Before sending the new invite, double-check the recurrence setting and attendee list.
