    Hi James McCrea,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially if you normally rely on MSN Money to access your Watchlist or Portfolio.

To help narrow this down, could you please check a few things?

    • When you are redirected, does it take you back to the MSN Money homepage, a sign-in page, or an error page?
    • Are you opening MSN Money from an old bookmark/favorite, or by going to the MSN Money website directly?
    • Does the same issue happen in an InPrivate window in Edge?
    • Are you signed in with the same Microsoft account that you previously used for your Watchlist/Portfolio?

In the meantime, please try these steps:

    • Open Microsoft Edge in an InPrivate window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, then go to MSN Money again and try opening your Watchlist or Portfolio.
    • Sign out of MSN, close all Edge windows, reopen Edge, then sign back in.
    • Clear cached data for MSN by going to Edge Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data, then clear cookies and cached files. Please note this may sign you out of some websites.
    • Make sure Edge is up to date by going to edge://settings/help.
    • If you are using a saved bookmark or favorite, try accessing MSN Money directly instead of using the old saved link.
    • Temporarily disable extensions such as ad blockers or privacy/security extensions, then reload the page.

If the issue also happens on another browser, another device, or another network, then it may be more likely to be an MSN Money service-side issue rather than something caused by your Windows 10 device or Microsoft Edge. In that case, I recommend using the Feedback option on the MSN Money page to report it directly to the MSN team.

While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.
