I am trying to create subscription of a PowerBI report to Onedrive. But when i click on subscribe and then choose one drive from dropdown, it gives me a white page, it does not load to the page where i can authenticate Onedrive or to choose Onedrive folder. Previously i was able to do the same, but since past few weeks i am not able to do it.

i tried below options as well. but still issue not resolved.

  • Switched browsers (Edge and Chrome)
  • Used Incognito/InPrivate mode
  • Cleared browser cache

could you please check and help me on this.

    Dear @Srikanth,

    I hope you’re having a good day.

Thank you for providing the details and the screenshot.

From your description, I understand that when you select OneDrive as the destination for a Power BI report subscription, the expected authentication or folder selection page does not load and instead displays a blank screen. I also appreciate that you have already tried several of the key troubleshooting steps, including switching browsers, using Incognito/InPrivate mode, and clearing browser cache. Sharing those results helps narrow down the scope of the issue and suggests that it may not be related to a local browser configuration.

Given that the issue persists after these troubleshooting steps, I would recommend contacting your Microsoft 365 administrator and asking them to open a support ticket with Microsoft.

Your admin can raise support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Support>Help & Support.

The subscription workflow relies on communication between Power BI Service and OneDrive, and further investigation may require access to backend diagnostics and service logs that are not available to end users or community members. Microsoft Support can review the affected service components, examine tenant-side diagnostics, and determine whether there is an authentication, integration, or service-related issue preventing the OneDrive selection page from loading correctly.

I hope this helps point you toward the most appropriate next step. My goal is to help you receive the right assistance as quickly as possible, and in this situation an official support case will likely be the most efficient path to a timely resolution.

Thank you again, and I hope the issue is resolved soon.

    Warm regards,
