    Hi James Wilson,

I understand how worrying it is to see unwanted calendar invites that appear to come from your own address. Since this is a user-to-user forum, contributors here cannot access your mailbox, check account activity, or remove calendar items for you.

Please first check Sent Items in Outlook.com. If those invites appear there, secure your Microsoft account right away by changing your password and reviewing recent sign-in activity at https://account.microsoft.com/security.

If the invites are not in Sent Items, the sender may be spoofed. In that case, blocking your own address is not recommended. Instead, locate the original invite email and use Report > Report phishing. Reporting phishing does not automatically block the sender, so if Outlook shows the actual sender or domain, add it under Settings > Mail > Junk email > Blocked senders and domains, then select Save. Phishing and suspicious behavior in Outlook.

For the unwanted calendar entries, delete them from Outlook Calendar. If Outlook offers an option not to send a response, choose that option. Also, avoid selecting any links or attachments inside those invites.

If the issue continues or you suspect account access, please contact Outlook.com support directly:

    1. Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
    2. Click the Help icon (question mark) in the top right corner.
    3. In the Help pane that opens, type a brief description of your issue (e.g., "account management"), then press Enter.
    4. Scroll down the page until you see "Still need help?", click Yes.
    5. Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser."
    6. Review the description of your issue and confirm your email address (ensure it's an email you can access).
    7. Click Confirm to create the service request and then Start chat to connect with an agent.
    8. The screen will indicate that your request has been submitted and the system is connecting you to Outlook.com live chat support, which may take a moment to load.

I hope this helps you remove the unwanted invites and get the account checked safely.
