Training: Instruction to develop new skills.
Aditya Raj Agrawal hi, thx for sharing urs issue here at Q&A portal,
AADSTS5000225 means the whole Entra tenant was disabled because it wasn’t used for a long time. It’s not a bad password, MFA issue, or missing Azure role.
Try signing in with the original tenant admin account first. If u can still access the Microsoft 365 admin center or Entra admin center, look for a tenant reactivation option. If the tenant is fully blocked, u’ll need Microsoft Support to reactivate it.

When opening the case, include the tenant domain/tenant ID, error AADSTS5000225, exact UTC timestamp, and say the tenant was blocked due to inactivity. Don’t create a new tenant unless u’re ok losing access to anything in the old one.
For practice, creating a new Azure account/tenant can be faster if there’s nothing important in the old one. Just make sure the subscription is active too, not only the Entra tenant.
About the cert AI-102 and AI-103 aren’t the same. AI-102 is Azure AI Engineer Associate. AI-103 may be a newer/replaced course code depending on the training provider, so don’t assume an AI-102 Udemy course fully covers it. Check the official skills measured page for the exact exam code before buying/using a course
