I am contacting you regarding an issue with my personal laptop that I recently locked using the "Find My Device" feature from my Microsoft account.

After locking the device remotely, I am now unable to sign back in. The screen displays the following message:

"This device is locked by an administrator. Have any of the administrators sign in to unlock it."

This is my personal device, and I am the owner and administrator. I am connected to the internet and have tried signing in with my Microsoft account credentials, but I am still unable to access the device.
