Hello

Acer All in One - Running Windows 11. 500 Gig Drive.

I have tried to do the repair off of a USB and it will not allow me even run the menu. I have ensure that the bios goes to the USB and it does however, I am unable to run the utility.

The disk seems to be compromised and I am not sure of the next move other than reinstalling. Please let me know the process to uninstall this update ... even though I am not able to get to a windows screen?

Please advise!

    Hello C Tak,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before we proceed, you said that you have changed the boot order to the USB. May I know if the error message came out any different?

Also, this usually happen when a boot file is missing, which is not something a normal OS update will change. May I know if the issue appears right away after the update?

    I'm waiting for your reply.
