HI The i work for the Nottingham Trent University in the UK. We have a Volume Licence agreement with you we also subscribe to the Azure Dev tools for Teaching. We need this for our teaching.

Your website says you will only accept existing subscribers to renew - we are an existing subscriber and we wish to renew. The links to renew DO NOT WORK, please dont just refer me to them again.

Your renewal links dont work they lead round and round to FAQ pages.

THE PROBLEM: I need to renew our subscription , i cant because your website is broken. I didn't recieve an email to renew this year like i normally do. Please help we have 2000 students who rely on this service

    Hello @Pearce, Robert

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and I am sorry you are experiencing this issue.

You are correct that existing ADT4T subscribers can renew, and ADT4T renewals are not automatic.

    Please try renewal directly here:

    1. Go to the ADT4T management portal: https://azureforeducation.microsoft.com/Order
    2. Select Renew an existing plan.
    3. Search for your institution and select the correct subscription ID.

If the renewal links are looping (as you described), use the official ADT4T support route so the team can fix the subscription path on the backend:

    When opening the case, include:

    • Institution name (Nottingham Trent University)
    • Subscription ID (if available)
    • Admin sign-in email
    • Screenshots of the looping pages
    • Impact statement (2000 students affected)

Because your institution is on Volume Licensing, if this appears tied to agreement/contract metadata rather than portal UX, also open a Volume Licensing support request:

Please 'Upvote' (Thumbs-up) and 'Accept' as answer if the response was helpful. This will be beneficial to other community members who face the same issue.

    Best regards,

    Andrew S Taylor

what does this mean? "Existing institutions already signed up for Azure Dev Tools for Teaching do not need to take any action to retain access before August 15, 2025. Admins “will retain access to Azure Dev Tools for Teaching benefits for an extended period of time, without the need for renewal.”

The links you have provided for verifying the subscription details DO NOT WORK. How do i check my status?
