I am unable to deploy any model on my Azure AI Foundry resource. Deployment fails immediately with a generic BadRequest error. Based on multiple Q&A threads (5856351, 5825772, 5836072, 5858622), this matches the pattern of a Real-Time Fraud Protection (RTFP) platform-level block.

Error message: "An error occurred. Please reach out to support for additional assistance."

What I've confirmed:

  • This is not a region, quota, RBAC, or configuration issue
