while creating Sharepoint tenant train version i am getting below error

You could try entering the address again using a simplified format without special characters (such as "/", "&", or commas) and avoid overly detailed information. It is recommended to use clear and standard values for city and state and keep the address line as simple as possible. 

If the issue persists, please clear your browser autofill settings or open an incognito/private window and re-enter the details manually, as saved or cached data can sometimes interfere with the validation process.
