Dear mr, mrs,

I've share my agenda with my wife and visa versa.
We were able to see each others agenda in outlook.com and outlook mobile app. Even create meetings in each others agenda. Till some weeks ago.
The shared agenda's are not visible anymore.
Not in outlook.com web and not in the mobile app. Not in my wife's app and not in mine.

I tried to remove the shared agenda's and create them again.

We received emails to accept the new shared agenda's, but the shared agenda's are still not visible.

Please, help to make the shared agenda's visible again.

Thank you in advanced.

    Hello J Reuvers,

I understand that the shared calendars between you and your wife were previously visible and editable in Outlook.com and the Outlook mobile app, but they no longer appear on either side even after re-sharing and accepting the invitations.

Since the same behavior happens in both Outlook.com web and the Outlook mobile app, this does not seem to be only a local app sync issue. Please first check whether the shared calendars are simply hidden in Outlook.com by going to Calendar and reviewing all calendar groups, such as My calendars, Other calendars, People’s calendars, and Shared calendars.

If the shared calendars still do not appear after that, please contact Outlook.com support so they can review the account from their side:

    1. Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
    2. Click the Help icon (question mark) in the top right corner.
    3. In the Help pane that opens, search for "email management"), then press Enter.
    4. Scroll down the page until you see "Still need help?", click Yes.
    5. Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser."
    6. Review the description of your issue and confirm your email address (ensure it's an email you can access).
    7. Click Confirm to create the service request and then Start chat to connect with an agent.
    8. The screen will indicate that your request has been submitted and the system is connecting you to Outlook.com live chat support, which may take a moment to load.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your Outlook.com account or restore calendar data from the backend. If the calendar is missing from both web and mobile after re-sharing, Outlook.com support is the most appropriate next step.
