Microsoft store purchased Win11 Pro upgrade and need to reinstall Win11 Pro from licensed product

Have a WIN11 Pro with inability to access Exchange on premise server, must reinstall 2 machines. need to get Home and Business 2024 and Pro upgrade licenses reset or something

    Hello Registered MS-Administrator,

    You should not normally need to “reset” the licenses just because you reinstall Windows.

    For the Windows 11 Pro upgrade, reinstall Windows first. If Windows installs as Home, go to Settings > System > Activation and use Troubleshoot, or sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used for the Microsoft Store Pro upgrade.

    For Office Home & Business 2024, treat that separately from Windows. Reinstall Office by signing in with the Microsoft account associated with that Office 2024 license, then install it from the Office apps page.
