Hi Florence

I understand how worrying it is when your Outlook.com calendar suddenly looks different and your appointments seem to be missing. Please confirm:

  • Are the missing appointments from your main personal calendar, a shared calendar, or a Family calendar?
  • Do the appointments appear if you check Outlook.com from another browser or device?
  • Are the missing appointments visible in Deleted Items or Recover items deleted from this folder?

Meanwhile, try the following checks:

1) Make sure the calendar is not just hidden

In Outlook.com Calendar, check the calendar list on the left side. If the pane is collapsed or too narrow, expand it, then make sure the checkbox beside your calendar is selected. Outlook calendars can be hidden by clearing the checkmark, and the primary Outlook calendar itself cannot be deleted.

2) Switch the calendar view back

3) Check Deleted Items and recoverable items

4) If this was a Family or shared calendar

5) Check whether it only happens in one browser

Sign out of Outlook.com, clear the browser cache, close all browser windows, and then sign in again at Outlook.com.

Please tell me how it goes. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to reply to this thread and I will be happy to help. Have a lovely day!
