Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.
Access Device Manager, go to the Network tab, and check if the Wi-Fi device is showing an error. Take a screenshot and post it here.
Access the Start menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooting > Network and internet > Run.
Wait for the process to finish and test to see if it loaded.
