    Hi Ryan, it does not happen on Teams Web Version, I will attempt the cache clearing per your suggestion, it did not help the last time tried that, but your sequence is slightly different

    To better assist you, please let me know whether you experience this issue when using the Teams web version as well.

    In addition, please try the following steps and let me know whether the issue is resolved:

    1. Clear the New Teams cache

    To clear the Teams cache, please follow these steps:

    Step 1: Completely exit Teams.

    Step 2: Press Windows + R, then enter the following path:

    %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams

    Step 3: Delete all files and folders in that directory.

    Step 4: Restart Teams.

    1. Uninstall and reinstall Teams
