    Hello

On Excel, go to Files > Accounts, and tell me the full name of the product/license. For example, this is what mine looks like

    User's image

Also, please tell me, what license should you have? Do you have a Microsoft 365 subscription or a perpetual license?

Check your Microsoft account to confirm what you should be having.

Go to https://account.live.com > Subscription, tell me what's listed, if it is Microsoft 365, tell me if it is basic, personal or family.

If it is not there, go to Order History, change the time filter to go back further, and tell me if you have any Office license listed?
