My Outlook calendar became empty after syncing. I can’t see any of my events and they are not in recovery.

    Hi Florence

I understand that your Outlook.com calendar became empty after syncing, and the events are not showing in recovery. Could you confirm:

    • Are the missing events from your main Outlook.com calendar, a shared calendar, or a calendar imported from another service such as Google or iCloud?
    • Are the events missing only in Outlook.com on the web, or are they also missing from all devices?
    • Did this happen after adding or removing an account, changing an alias or password, or syncing with a phone or third-party calendar app?

Since you have already checked recovery, please try the checks below:

    • Sign in directly to Outlook.com Calendar from a browser, not from the Outlook app, and check whether the events appear there.
    • In Outlook.com Calendar, check the calendar list on the left side and make sure every calendar under My calendars, Other calendars, or shared calendars is selected. Sometimes the calendar still exists but is unchecked or hidden.
    • Select Add calendar > Edit my calendars, then check whether the missing calendar is listed there. If it appears, enable it again or open it from there.
    • Use the calendar search box to search for a known event title, date, or attendee name. You can refer to this article: How to troubleshoot missing and duplicate appointments in Outlook | Microsoft Support
    • If you synced the calendar with a phone, tablet, third-party calendar app, or another mail app, temporarily stop making changes from those apps and check Outlook.com on the web only. Also check devices and third-party sync software because they can affect calendar items.

Please tell me how it goes. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to reply to this thread and I will be happy to help. Have a lovely day!
