Can't use Excell or Word

I am not able to click/hold ANYTHING ON both Word and Excell. I am 67 yrs. old. I need to talk to someone, [removed to protect privacy]. Most of my Ribbon items on Excell are greyed out. Many things. please be able to speak with me directly.

    I sent you the what I think is the product ID information for Excel let me send you the one for Word also

    Hi! This issue usually occurs when your Office/Microsoft software is unlicensed or your subscription has expired.

    Please confirm the version of Word or Excel you are using. Open Word or Excel > Click File > Click Account User's image > Under Product Information, tell me what is displayed or send me a photo or screenshot (please redact any personal information from the image, as this is a public forum).
