Block senders - Nothing recommended is on my Outllook

I can not find a way to block senders. I have tried these methods, and none of them are available in my version of MS 365 desktop, fully updated:

Right-clicking a message does not show rules, block, or junk

Clicking on the three dots on an email provides no option

Clicking on the three dots on Outlook provides no option

There is no icon next to the Delete button on the ribbon to block email

Nowhere can I find junk (other than the folder) using any method. The same with block or block sender.

I'm sure there is a way, but every answer I have seen on here, on Google, and in YouTube videos doesn't offer an option that's only available on my version.

Any help is most appreciated.

Thank you for your response. I tried both options you suggested, but neither worked. I'm still at a loss. Here is the version I'm running:

    Microsoft Version 1.2026.609.400

    I welcome any other suggestions.

    Thank you.

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Which Outlook are you using? If you are using classic Outlook, click Junk in the Delete group of the ribbon, then Junk Email Options. You'll see the Safe Senders and Blocked Senders settings there. If you are using new Outlook, click Settings (the gear icon), then Mail in the left-hand column, then Junk email. You'll find the Safe Senders and Blocked Senders lists there. This is the same for Outlook.com (personal account).
