Hello V.A
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this problem.
This may be a widespread issue with the Microsoft Family consent page at the moment, as several users have reported the similar behavior where Manage consent redirects back to the Family page instead of showing the option to remove consent for a child account.
Microsoft is aware of this issue and is working on it. At this point, it does not appear to be something that can be fixed locally.
For now, I suggest trying again after 24–48 hours, preferably in an InPrivate/Incognito window or another browser. If the issue still persists, please contact Microsoft Support again and ask whether the case can be escalated to the appropriate technical team so they can collect the additional details and investigate further.
Since this is a user-to-user community forum, we can also only share suggestions based on our findings and personal experience. If this is caused by a backend issue, community members unfortunately cannot directly change or reset the consent record.
UPDATED: As a workaround, you can try using this older link to see if it helps: https://account.live.com/unmanagekid.aspx
This workaround was shared by another user in this thread who experienced the same issue and reported that it helped in their case.
Hopefully this issue will be fixed soon. Thank you so much for your patience!
Best regard.
