Thank you for letting me know.

To change language directly from Outlook app, please see https://support.microsoft.com/office/manage-language-settings-in-outlook-8a34d50d-81b4-40c2-b304-b3d043566389 Select a tab option for the version of Outlook you're using.

If issue persists, you’ll need to update your language settings under the "Your Info" page:

Also, just to be safe, I’d recommend to sign out everywhere:

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Please first check if the same issue appears in Outlook on the web: https://outlook.live.com/mail Can you delete those messages from Outlook on the web?

Also, can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? Please hide your email address, names, message content, and any personal details before posting it.

Also check your Outlook rules here, because a compromised account can sometimes have hidden rules added: Settings > Mail > Rules. If you see any rule you did not create, remove it. Then check your account recent activity and make sure your password and recovery info are secure.

Let me know what you find. Thanks!

Thank you, John. Your instruction was very helpful. I took it to the Best Buy store with my computer and this resolved my problem. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it.

Hi John and Robert my son in California tried to access my Microsoft account. He had my password but because of restrictions he could not get into my account and do it. I gave him all the instructions so I’m back on my computer trying to follow your instruction now the whole thing is turned to this weird language and I cannot do a thing. Is there any Microsoft store I can go to And and get help, please. I need help. Lili
