    Hi Italian Design

I understand how frustrating this loop is, especially when you’re already receiving the code correctly but can’t complete the setup.

Let’s narrow it down first, could you please confirm:

    • Can you sign in successfully to your account on a browser (e.g. outlook.com)?
    • Does the loop happen only inside the Outlook app on your phone?

    Meanwhile, please try these checks:

1, Test sign-in outside the app first

    • Sign in to Outlook.com via a browser
    • Complete all verification prompts there

This ensures your session is trusted before adding it to the app.

2, Add the account again in Outlook app (after browser sign-in)

    • Open Outlook for Android
    • Add account again using Outlook / Hotmail option

    3, Clear cache for Outlook

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Outlook > Storage
    • Tap Clear cache (only cache, not data)
    • Reopen Outlook and add the account again

    4, Check battery/data restrictions

Some Android devices restrict background components needed for sign‑in:

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Outlook > Battery
    • Set to "Unrestricted" or disable optimization

Please feel free to let me know how it goes after trying these steps. Thank you for your time and understanding.
